Pennant Motors remains committed to the safety and health of our customers as well as our team members and their families. As such, we have implimented a number of changes to our processes in both accordance with state directives, as well as common sense.
Service operations continue as normal. If you require service or repair to your car, it's available to you. However, our facility is not open to walk-in traffic. Should you require service, please simply give us a call, and we can schedule an appointment for your car to be dropped off. We will then service your car and return it to you having been cleaned and disinfected.
As Erie County has entered the "Green Phase", we can now resume normal sales processes. We welcome customers to stop by during our normal business hours, but we encourage customers first call for an appointment so that we may be prepared. Our staff is committed to your safety and will wear masks at all times. State law requires that customers wear masks when in our facility, however we can complete all parts of the transaction outdoors. You can even sign the paperwork while sitting in your new car! Should you wish to enter our building, we have masks available for our customers. Hand Sanitizer is also available in strategic points throughout the facility.
You may also view our inventory online, including detailed high resolution photos of the cars in order to help you select which vehicle you'd like. Additionally, we are offering virtual test-drives via Skype or FaceTime. You can email us or give us a phone call with any questions you may have about a car. When you're ready to make a purchase, we can complete the entire transaction online and via FedEx at no charge to you.
Remember, we're all in this together. We thank you so much for your continued support of Pennant Motors, along with every other small business. By working together, we'll all get through this as better, stronger Americans.
Very Truly Yours,
Mike Davis, President, Pennant Motors LLC
